Not resolved

I got this through like LivingSocial or Groupon they said in the Fine to send emails. I immediately canceled and they took $2800 off my debit card plus several hundred dollar ones saying that I should get those meals and I had said that I had already canceled and Eric promised me that I will get my money back I have gotten zero back and I'm pissed I have written notice from him that he would pay me back it's been two years. I'm going to have to file a civil suit
